Expectations vs Reality: Launch
thoughts on this direction?
Hi Friends,
This weekend, we’re in full swing mode, pulling everything together for the launch of the Stress Protection Factor pre-order campaign. There are still many moving pieces—illustrations, web pages, video production, image issues, and so on.
The process has been tremendously helpful in clarifying my thinking about the why, what, how, and for whom. The next step is to tell all my people about it and to test it against life, so to speak, with people I don’t know.
Will it resonate? There’s only one way to find out.

Glad I still made it to the gym this week.
You’ll be hearing more from me in the coming weeks. And I’d love to hear from you, too. Any thoughts, reactions, questions, or feedback are welcome as I start making this more public. Your support means a lot!

In my experience, authors are often advised to put their best foot forward and appear authoritative, credible, and successful. “Establish authority,” they say.
But that version of success nearly drove me into the ground.
So I’m going to do it a little differently, more like this:

Thank you for being on this journey with me.
Enjoy your Sunday and have fun out there!

Love your vulnerabilty. Why not both Authenticity with Authority. Its actually what I see you doing. #setyourtable
